Construction of two high schools on Santiago Island

Designed in association with P. Martin for Cape Verde’s Ministry of Education, the project covers two school facilities on Santiago Island. It marks the office’s regional opening and its ability to carry experience into other West African contexts.

MCB’s mission covered the full process: studies, preliminary design, developed design, execution documentation and supervision of works. Throughout, the coherence between programme, delivery and multi-actor coordination remained central.

Beyond the project itself, the reference confirms familiarity with operations commissioned by public institutions outside Mauritania and supported by international financing mechanisms, including BADEA.
